We are in search of an Outbound Sales Manager who embodies a blend of strategic sales expertise, leadership acumen, and a relentless drive to close deals. This role requires someone who can lead a team of outbound account executives, employing a consultative approach to selling and fostering relationships, while carrying your own personal ARR goals and closing deals with finesse!   • Lead and inspire a team of outbound account executives, guiding them in utilizing a consultative sales approach, nurturing relationships, and closing deals effectively.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching necessary to optimize the team's performance
  • Effectively prioritize leads, manage schedules efficiently, and follow up promptly with prospects.
  • Identify, build awareness, and qualify new business opportunities by prospecting and conduct full cycle sales activities such as cold-calling and emailing
  • Set and exceed your personal sales targets while supporting the team in achieving collective and individual goals, contributing to the overall success of the sales department
  • Maximize opportunities by ensuring a systematic approach to lead management and nurturing client relationships.
  • Leverage available tools and information to navigate challenges efficiently, constantly seeking skill development opportunities and optimizing the use of resources to achieve sales targets
Requirements
  • 1+ years experience in leading a sales team, demonstrating strong leadership skills, and achieving team targets
  • 2-5+ years of experience in proven ability to close deals effectively with a demonstrable track record in consultative selling and relationship building
  • An innovative mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for team development and improved sales strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and align sales efforts with the company's overall objectives.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and articulating team performance against KPIs, emphasizing attainment metrics, progress monitoring, and continuous improvements.
