- Provide leadership, motivation, management, and evaluation of sales team members. This role will also involve developing, implementing, and maintaining a strategic sales plan while being responsible for all aspects of sales operations to achieve lasting company loyalty
- Identify market opportunities and establish strategies to maximize revenue and profitability to grow total market share by 1% each year.
- Oversee multiple manufacturing lines by leveraging effective communication and fostering inclusivity, while adhering to the company's market-oriented approach
Requirements:
- Experience and/or Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Computer Skills: The employee can use the equipment and software required to accomplish the responsibilities of this position. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop effective sales plans.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market trends.
