About the Role
As the Sales Manager, you'll report to the Vice President of sales and take charge of managing and developing a team of sales representatives. This includes onboarding and training new hires, conducting performance reviews, and creating customized coaching plans to maximize individual and team success. You'll also play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and shaping the strategic direction of the sales team.
