This individual will be responsible for leading and coordinating all sales operations, enhancing the performance of the sales team, and ensuring the team meets its sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a passion for driving sales, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate the performance of sales team members.
Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar senior sales role.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
