Our Company: BCI Brands designs, sources, and markets nationally and internationally an extensive range of women's career, casual sportswear, and dresses. Their products are sold through all primary retail distribution levels principally under various trademarks and under private label brand names, such as Ted Baker, Vince Camuto, CeCe, 1.state and Parker.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive the wholesale Macy's business to meet financial targets set forth for the brand.
- Develop strong, effective relationships with key account partners.
- Develop Junior Account Executive role supporting the Macys business.
- Analyze total CeCe business from 10,000 feet to identify and capitalize on white space.
- Identify key growth opportunities with current and potential accounts.
- Report out weekly on account performance and provide recommendations to drive business forward.
- Manage on order to deliver on monthly shipping budgets for both Macys and on the total
- Consistently monitor and respond to opportunities in the market to identify ways to stay ahead of trends, actioning chase and pull ups.
- React to in season selling to drive additional business.
- Partner with merchandising on assortment curation, utilizing data to inform product needs and selection.
- Review in store merchandising reports to improve upon customer experience in stores and communicate with brand managers in the field.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to achieve overall business objectives and GM goals.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Work closely with the sales assistant role to ensure photography needs are met and on brand standards.
- Drive marketing strategies behind Macys Media Network and our own brand channels.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in the wholesale fashion industry, primarily the department store channel
- Background working WITH Macy's required
- Expert level of proficiency in retail math, OTB management and forecasting
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Exenta, Skypad and NuOrder is preferred
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills with attention to detail
ANNUAL SALARY: $170,000 (note this role does not offer commission)
