Job Summary:Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow the residential sales division. This is a full-time role with uncapped earning potential, offering weekly pay, direct and override commissions, and top performer annual earnings exceeding $250,000.
The role involves overseeing all aspects of sales, managing and building a high-performing team, and driving business development to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Build, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Recruit and hire sales representatives to expand the division.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive lead generation, conversion, and client acquisition. Conduct client site visits and consultations to recommend roofing and siding solutions.
- Client Management: Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to align on revenue goals and company objectives. Work closely with other divisions to streamline project delivery.
- Market Expertise: Stay updated on roofing and siding construction methods, materials, and trends. Train the sales team on technical and product knowledge.
- Process Optimization: Refine sales workflows to improve efficiency and results. Leverage CRM tools to track leads, monitor performance, and manage the pipeline.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of sales leadership experience in construction, home improvement, roofing, or siding.
- Proven ability to build and lead successful sales teams and exceed targets.
- Strong technical knowledge of roofing and siding materials and methods.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
