The National Association for Foreign Attorneys (NAFA), is part of an educational institution for foreign graduates & professionals with its mission in being a main source of advocacy for professional immigrants or foreign attorneys alike. NAFA is searching for premiere and innovative solutions to assist local, regional, and out of state community immigrants with a professional background or existent education to receive support, additional vocational training, or continuing education in a competitive workforce. Our students and clients are assisted in receiving up-to-date news with regards to immigration, prepare for successful change in their careers, and reach a supported network for seeking career opportunities or clientele among our graduates and associates.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be a creative, results-oriented professional with expertise in both marketing and sales. We hope that for them to enjoy connecting with people, crafting compelling content, and driving growth. Join our legal training school / institution (with a law firm projected to open in near future), UNPAM University, and it's subsidiary, a podcast channel, as a Sales & Marketing Manager and play a vital role in growing our mission-driven organization to bridge the gap between a Spanish-speaking and an English market towards a bilingual audience and clientele.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing and sales strategies that align with our organizational goals.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with prospective students, partners, and funding sources.
  • Convert leads into successful enrollments and forge partnerships to expand our reach.
  • Meet with team leaders and stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless communication between marketing and sales efforts.
  • Produce engaging content (graphics, videos, posts) in collaboration with our technical team and oversee all social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for both marketing and sales initiatives, in addition to SEO Optimization efforts.
  • Represent the school at events, webinars, and conferences to boost visibility and attract new opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to meet enrollment and revenue goals.
  • Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Research and recommend funding opportunities (e.g., grants, loans).
  • Build partnerships with organizations, businesses, and government programs (e.g., Florida Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), Illinois VR, NY VR, etc.).

  • Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
  • Design graphics, write captions, and oversee video production to highlight programs and success stories / testimonials.
  • Monitor trends, tools, and best practices to keep content engaging and relevant.
  • Conduct market research case-by-case and provide sales teams with competitive intelligence
  • Generate marketing resources and run campaigns to assist work of sales teams Identify target audiences and potential sales leads through marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through metrics and deliverables

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a combined role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and build relationships.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and CRM software.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategies.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the legal training/education sector or immigrant communities.
  • Experience with funding programs, such as government grants or vocational rehabilitation.
