The qualified candidate will work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to create sourcing/recruiting strategies and deliver high-volume, quality recruitment to fill Retail Store openings across the different regions throughout the country.The Sales & Marketing Recruiter will be responsible for the overall recruitment process and reporting for the North America Sales & Marketing team. This critical team member will work with hiring managers and the HR team to develop and employ innovative and creative recruitment strategies to identify and attract highly qualified talent that is aligned with SVP Worldwide's values of Integrity, Trust, Teamwork, and Customer Focus.Job Responsibilities:Manage the full cycle recruitment process for positions the assigned business unitEngage in tactical and strategic sourcing to attract, identify and place top talentDevelop and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies, including social media, web searches, referrals, and industry-specific sources, to ensure a pipeline of highly qualified talentScreen applications for minimum qualifications and review/evaluate candidate qualifications and eligibility to choose best qualified candidatesFacilitate delivery of an exceptional customer and applicant experience and provide accurate, thorough, and responsive customer serviceOversee compliance with all State and Federal regulations as well as Company policiesMake conditional and final offers to selected applicants and perform a variety of tasks such as creating onboarding documents, facility and equipment requests, etc.Other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor or Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 3 to 5 years full life cycle recruiting experience, preferred in sales or marketing centric organizations/team and/or corporate recruitingExtensive knowledge of social networking platforms, online communications, and other sourcing channels.Proficient in using LinkedIn/LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and GlassdoorAbility to handle and maintain confidentiality in all areas.Strong interviewing, interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to communicate succinctly and effectively across all levels of the organizationDetail-oriented and self-motivated; able to work and meet deadlines under minimal supervisionYou will need to be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation, including: Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, copier/printer etc as well as have the ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the timeCommunicate effectively with customers through multiple forms of technology, including telephone and computer.
