Manage customers, suppliers, and other partners while overseeing overall business activities; address customer requests and requirements by controlling sourcing, inventory, logistics, etc.Manage activities related to trading between different regions and investigate optimal shipping options while coordinating with vendors.Handle and revise shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and international regulations, as well as various payment processes (merchandise, freight, duty, etc.).Input purchase/sales data into ERP (SAP) system.Manage customer credit, accounts receivable, and inventory.Perform all other functions requested that are within the scope of this job as deemed necessary or appropriate by the manager.[Qualifications]
3 years or more experience in Sales Operation & Logistics.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to interact professionally with coworkers and customers and follow up on requests accordingly.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Dependable, responsible, and capable of problem-solving (customer and vendor disputes, claims, etc.).Bilingual in English and Korean (conversational).Cost consciousness.Contributes to profits and revenue.Fully onsite work in office M-F 9-5.#J-18808-Ljbffr
