The Sales Operations Manager plays a vital role in supporting and optimizing the sales team's performance. This position involves various responsibilities aimed at enhancing productivity and driving growth within the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to create accurate sales forecasts, enabling effective resource allocation, budgeting, and goal setting in alignment with market trends
  • Work with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure consistency in messaging, product positioning, and customer interactions across all channels
  • Identify and streamline inefficiencies in the sales workflow to enhance operational efficiency, allowing sales representatives to focus on closing deals
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making, measuring lead conversion rates, average deal sizes, and customer acquisition costs to optimize performance
  • Equip the sales team with necessary resources, training, and materials, including the creation and maintenance of sales playbooks and effective onboarding processes for new hires
  • Customize and maintain the CRM system to enhance tracking of relevant data, automate tasks, and generate actionable insights that add value to the sales process
  • Assist in designing and managing territory structures and sales quotas to ensure a fair and effective distribution of opportunities among the sales team
  • Hire and train regional and local sales managers and staff
  • Organize and oversee the schedules, territories, and performance of regional and local sales managers

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, communications, or related field required
  • 2 years of sales management experience required
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Experience in sales operations, CRM management and process optimization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross functionally
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively

Schedule/Location:

  • Remote - CA or NV residents (up to 30% travel)
  • Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
