Summary Immaculate Flight is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager based in Oklahoma City, OK to lead and elevate our presence in the private aviation industry. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of our business, accountable for the overall success of your assigned region. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales activities, fostering client relationships, and executing a strategic plan to meet or exceed our growth objectives. We are looking for a goal-oriented, revenue-focused leader who can establish strong relationships, develop a robust business strategy, and provide the operational oversight necessary to deliver our services consistently and at the highest standard to our clients.   • Lead by example through effective communication of our vision, active coaching, and development, all while continuously comparing results to our goals and taking any necessary corrective actions.
  • Manage supply and demand to ensure your schedule is well-coordinated, planned, and executed to guarantee client satisfaction as you schedule and coordinate detailing services
  • Provide insight of sales management, budget planning, and offer constructive feedback to improve results in your location.
  • Responsible for recruitment, orientation, training, development, and retention of your regional team.
  • Embody and promote the Immaculate Flight culture by consistently living our core values and address any team behaviors that are not aligned with these values.
  • Schedule and coordinate detailing services.
  • Understand and address the concerns, needs, and challenges of employees within the region, supporting their managers in finding effective solutions.
Maintain and grow customers in the region
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for the region.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and strategies to ensure that we not only meet but exceed our goals.
  • Show an unwavering commitment to our clients, focusing on their needs and earning and keeping their trust. Drive client development, retention, and overall satisfaction.
  • Develop a comprehensive plan to secure new business opportunities within the region, leveraging your extensive knowledge of our company's offerings to identify profitable opportunities and expand your network.
  • Identify and actively pursue targeted clients, communicating effectively with the Director of Sales/Marketing and the VP of Operations to ensure successful project delivery, leveraging tools like HubSpot to track client needs, expertise, and capacity effectively
Role:
  • Directly manage all sales activities within the region, focusing on base, fractional, and commercial sales, when applicable.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies, set targets, and monitor performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients across all categories.
  • Handle all operational and logistical tasks to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee and manage the profit and loss of overall success for the assigned region.
  • Schedule and coordinate detailing services, managing logistics to meet client demands.
  • Address client inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Reports to:
  • Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing with a dotted line to VP of Operations.
Required Education / Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, operations, aviation, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales/marketing/business development/operations
  • Experience leading a team and developing and influencing team members.
  • Experience using CRM (HubSpot) software preferred.
Travel Requirements:
  • Up to 50% travel on average monthly.
  • Attendance at events, tradeshows, and other events as discussed.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
