As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of our business, accountable for the overall success of your assigned region. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales activities, fostering client relationships, and executing a strategic plan to meet or exceed our growth objectives.Business OperationsLead by example through effective communication of our vision, active coaching, and development, all while continuously comparing results to our goals and taking any necessary corrective actions.Manage supply and demand to ensure your schedule is well-coordinated, planned, and executed to guarantee client satisfaction as you schedule and coordinate detailing services.Provide insight of sales management, budget planning, and offer constructive feedback to improve results in your location.Responsible for recruitment, orientation, training, development, and retention of your regional team.Embody and promote the Immaculate Flight culture by consistently living our core values.Understand and address the concerns, needs, and challenges of employees within the region, supporting their managers in finding effective solutions.Maintain and grow customers in the regionMeet or exceed sales targets for the region.Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and strategies to ensure that we not only meet but exceed our goals.Show an unwavering commitment to our clients, focusing on their needs and earning and keeping their trust.Develop a comprehensive plan to secure new business opportunities within the region.Identify and actively pursue targeted clients, communicating effectively with the Director of Sales/Marketing and the VP of Operations.Role:Directly manage all sales activities within the region.Develop and implement regional sales strategies, set targets, and monitor performance.Build and maintain relationships with clients across all categories.Handle all operational and logistical tasks to ensure high-quality service delivery.Oversee and manage the profit and loss of overall success for the assigned region.Required Skills & Behaviors:High level of financial acumen.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and revenue targets.Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on employee development and retention.High level of interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve desired results.Exceptional business acumen, emotional intelligence, leadership, and negotiation skills.Effective use of technology and tools to streamline scheduling, logistics, and client communication.Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable plans.Reports to:Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing with a dotted line to VP of Operations.Required Education / Experience:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, operations, aviation, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in sales/marketing/business development/operations.Experience leading a team and developing and influencing team members.Experience using CRM (HubSpot) software preferred.Travel Requirements:Up to 50% travel on average monthly.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.Benefits -The first of the month following 30 days of employment, all full-time employees will be eligible for a benefits package that will include Health, Dental, and Vision care.All full-time employees receive $25,000 in Life Insurance on day one at no cost.All full-time employees are offered short and long term disability insurance at no cost.Paid Time Off (PTO) will begin accruing at hire and can be used starting the first day of hire.Paid Sick Leave will be available in accordance with state law.Company matched 401K plan (available after 1 full year of employment).*Your employment with Immaculate Flight is contingent on successfully completing a 5 panel drug screen, airport badging, and fingerprint*EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY STATEMENTImmaculate Flight provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.#J-18808-Ljbffr
