Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:Sales Operations Support:
  • Order Management: Process and track customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Sales Coordination: Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth sales operations.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports, track key metrics, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Sales Tools & CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and providing training/support to the sales team.
Product Management:
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Assist in managing the product lifecycle, from development to launch, including coordinating with R&D, production, and marketing teams.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Pricing & Margin Analysis: Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to establish pricing strategies, analyze margins, and ensure profitability.
  • Product Training: Develop and deliver training materials to educate the sales team and customers on product features and benefits.
  • New Product Launches: Support the launch of new products, coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure successful market introduction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, product management, or a similar role within the packaging industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
