O'Rourke Media Group is recruiting sales professionals to join our team. The optimal candidates for these roles are entrepreneurial, money-motivated and can thrive working independently.
We have full-time, part-time and 1099 contractor positions available. You can work from one of our local offices, remote or hybrid, whatever works best for you. The job involves selling advertising and marketing solutions to local businesses. We provide excellent, structured training and support to help you grow a book of business.
We offer lucrative, variable compensation plans, including commissions and fees (for 1099 contractors). If you want to make this a full-time job and career, you can absolutely build up your book of business to earn six figures or more. If you want to add this on as a part-time job, you can add some very nice supplemental income. The main point here is that you can make this whatever you want it to be if you're capable and successful at selling advertising.
Current Wisconsin Markets: Sheboygan, Kiel, New Holstein, Chilton, Ripon, Green Lake, Verona, Stoughton, Oregon, Fitchburg. Note: Digital Agency solutions can be offered in counties in any geographical area of Wisconsin.
