As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with leadership to align sales strategies and objectives with business goals.
Job Responsibilities Develop and optimize sales processes and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Manage sales data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making. Implement and manage sales technology stack, including CRM and sales automation tools. Collaborate with sales leadership to define key performance metrics and establish a system for tracking and reporting. Facilitate training and development programs for the sales team on sales processes and tools. Work closely with the finance and marketing teams to ensure alignment on budgets, forecasts, and lead generation efforts. Lead sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes. Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and propose solutions to address them. Key Qualifications Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Experience with Salesforce and sales automation tools like Apollo. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Strategic thinker with an excitement for creating scalable systems.
