Parts SalesClassificationExemptJob SummaryThis position will be primarily responsible for coordinating with the technician and the customer on the particular parts they will need to retrieve.Essential Functions
- Purchase equipment parts or supplies in order to maintain stock levels
- Keep accurate account of inventory
- Maintain documentation of requisitions
- Monitor and verify the delivery of parts
- Conduct inspection to ensure quality
- Fulfill customer requests for ordering parts
- Identify defective parts and issue replacements
- Accurately identify parts needed for customer
- Effectively communicate with customers via phone and in person
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be self-motivated
- Team oriented
- Retail experience preferred
- Knowledge of parts and mechanics
