Our client is a premier global Out-of-Home and digital media company. They promote national and local brands throughout its network of static and digital advertising displays.

Role:

The primary role of the Sales Planner is to ensure detail oriented support to the National Account Executives in their NYC, Denver, Phoenix and West Coast offices. This position will be based in their NYC office (hybrid - 4 days in the office, 1 work from home).

As the Sales Planner, you will be responsible for supporting the day to day needs of the sales team. Such duties include, but are not limited to:

• Prospect and build customer client list for Business Development outreach
• Amend/process sales contracts
• Work alongside Account Executives to respond to RFPs
• Phone, email and in-person client interaction
• Work with Marketing/Research to collect Digital Out of Home Impressions (measurement for planned or actual campaigns)
• Provide Proof of Performance Reports

Required and Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
