Ultium Cells Overview:Ultium Cells, LLC. is a joint venture Lithium-ion automotive battery cell manufacturing plant between LG Energy Solution, Ltd., and General Motors. This high-technology plant is a new construction that will have the latest in battery cell manufacturing technology. This $2.3 billion investment will be among the largest battery cell manufacturing plants in the world. Ultium Cells will produce battery cells for General Motors' North American electric vehicle applications.Ultium Cells' partners include LG Energy Solution, Ltd.; the world's largest manufacturer of automotive battery cells, and General Motors; a global company committed to delivering safer, better and more sustainable ways for people to get around.Responsibilities:Daily OperationCustomer Demand Analysis (EDI & Pre-production order)Set shipping plan based on daily production plan.Manage Account Receivable / Account Payable to make sure there are no discrepancies between shipped qty. and received qty.Daily communication with respective Customer and Ultium personnelPrepare and support meeting on site and/or via conference call as it related to demand, sales, and project timeline.Lead Cross-functional reviews to capture internal and customer requirementsCommercial and Technical requirementsEngage in sales activities for assigned customers as required.Ability to articulate project challenges to stakeholders and leaderships in a timely manner for escalation transparency and guidanceProgram Milestone Management, Risk Management to meet SOPMonitor and Manage material / timing impacts such as line readinessQualifications:Experience in the sales role is preferredExperience in GM Supply Power preferred.Experience in the Automotive industry is preferred (e.g. PPAP, 4M change, etc.)English/Korean bi-lingual preferredHighly organized with strong attention to detailProficient in SAP and MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project)* *Total Rewards Information:We offer market-competitive compensation including base pay and incentive compensation opportunities based on the achievement of Company goals.
