Job Description

Summary

The Sales Porter will be responsible for maintaining the dealership's appearance, assisting with vehicle movement, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

Greets all customers entering the sales area with a friendly and professional attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location.

Moves and parks vehicles in the dealership premises to maintain the flow of traffic.

Keeps the dealership lot, driveways, and sidewalks clean, organized, and presentable.

Provides excellent customer service when interacting with customers and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Follows all company safety policies and procedures and immediately reports any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physically able to drive and move vehicles and work in the elements.

Strong attention to detail to maintain the dealership's professional appearance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role or automotive industry is preferred.

Basic knowledge of vehicles is a plus.

Compensation (Hourly):

$20.00 / hour

*The Porter Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation between twenty dollars an hour.

Schedule:

FULL TIME

5 days a week / 2 days off

Weekend availability required.

401k plan with company match.

Closed for Thanksgiving day and Christmas day.
