Sales Professional
Description **Country Camper's Epsom, NH location has an exciting full-time opportunity in our high-volume Sales Department for a Sales Professional.** The RV industry is booming and our dealer group is growing! We are seeking a motivated individual who is ready to become a part of a dynamic sales team. High pay earning potential. No RV sales experience required!
**Responsibilities (includes, but are not limited to):**
* Facilitate follow our sales process from start to finish with guests.
* Consistently study our various product offerings and complete factory training.
* Maintain detailed logs of guest interactions, training, and sales data for analysis.
* Utilize Dealer Management Software and CRM Systems for continuous follow-up.
* Assist with maintaining the sales yard for a clean presentation for guests.
* Work Saturday and Sundays to maximize your full earning potential. You receive two days off during the week.
* Attend RV Shows and other Country Camper promotional events, as needed.
* Travel to other Country Camper facilitiates for training and growth opportunities.
**Qualifications (includes, but are not limited to):**
* Ability to work well individually and within a sales team.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.
* Self-motivated with high energy and a positive attitude.
* Must pass a comprehensive background check.
Typical Pay Range: $60,000 to $110,000 per year. Pay is based on performance and ability to hit company goals and performance targets. High-end pay potential for sales professionals who are willing to put the time in and follow the sales process.
