Benefits & PayThe pay for this position is $16 -$18 per hour paid weekly.*Earn paid time off, up to 15 days per year based on the length of service*401K matching benefit As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible to:•Grow and retain customers - Answer phone calls with a smile and book estimatesand cleans for our valued customers. Do this, and we'll celebrate milestones asa team and have fun in the process! •Schedule customers quickly and efficiently! - Close the loop and bringcustomers from quotes/estimates over the finish line into scheduledappointments. Optimize each team's productivity through efficient scheduling.•Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, positive, and professional manner - Ourteam members love our customers, and you will too! Show them you care abouttheir home - make a connection and you'll win!!•Enhance Customer Satisfaction - Identify and assess customer needs throughmanaging phone, email, text, and other communication channels. Cheerfullyresolve customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives;follow up to ensure resolution.•Support Operations - Work with the office group to support daily administrationactivities such as recording time worked, processing customer bills, andresponding to inquiries.
