Job Summary:
The Sales Recruiting Manager: will lead the sales recruiting function for our national and international markets. You will work with business leadership to build a long-term sales recruitment strategy to increase retention and drive sales growth. You will support a team of sales recruiters, drive process improvement, and manage expectations with managers across the business.
Main Duties:
* Lead the sales recruitment program and partner with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and sales growth.
* Develop new strategies and programs to attract, evaluate, and build a sales talent pipeline from entry-level to executive.
* Identify and implement new screening, interview, and sourcing techniques to expand our candidate pool.
* Collaborate with leadership to develop a new diversity recruitment strategy.
* Support the adoption of recruiting best practices, leveraging Workday functionality and other innovative solutions to increase manager participation in the recruiting process.
* Establish and redefine key recruiting metrics to improve time to hire, hiring effectiveness and manager engagement. obstacles for the team.

Experience:
* 3 years' experience leading a team of sales recruiters
* 5 years' experience as a sales recruiter.
* Demonstrated understanding of competitive sales commission structure and quota models.
* Demonstrated experience leveraging applicant tracking systems to transform recruiting operations.
* Applicant tracking implementation or improvement experience.
