Since its founding in 2008 and entry into residential solar in 2017, Suntuity Renewables has become one of the largest end-to-end residential solar companies in the country with over 10,000 system installations across 25 states and originated opportunities representing over 200 Megawatts (“MW”). WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Review Resumes
  • Must be able to come up with creative and unique ways to attract candidates
  • You will perform in person interviews along with phone screens
  • You will use approved job boards and recruiting platforms
  • Communicate with management teams about their hiring needs and recommend the most qualified candidates
  • Strong understanding of all branch employee job descriptions (sales, production staff, etc.) and the ability to communicate them with potential candidates
  • A clear understanding of various pay structures
  • Lead a team of sales recruiters to achieve KPIs
  • WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Must be results driven and the ability to work independently
  • Experience with multiple ATS and job boards
  • Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, and sourcing platforms
  • Very strong organizational and interpersonal skills
