Job Description Patten Title Company is a well-established real estate title insurance company with offices in Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston. We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience. This is for our Houston River Oaks office, location may vary as we have multiple positions open. The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenge of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of the current market conditions. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business (preferred)
- Title, Real Estate, or Insurance industry experience (preferred)
- 3+ years' of sales or account management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
