Large Format Digital Printing Sales Reps for the State of CT. Job Description: Are you a Large Format Digital Printing Sales Rep looking for a fresh start in the second half of 2024 with a Company that has it all? We are looking for Experienced Sales Representatives who are working in our industry, have a book of business to start and are looking to expand upon it working the CT marketplace, NYC and New England. Enhance a Colour is a leader in producing custom graphics, visuals and displays. We have the experience and expertise to understand our client's distinctive needs, and provide solutions to execute their vision. No project is too big, and no request to unique. As a full-service Visual Solutions company that utilizes large format printing, our capabilities are vast and we manufacture everything in-house. Enhance a Colour is a true “One Stop Shop, with One Stop Service” for clients looking for color consistency, quality and on-time delivery. Working hybrid, from our home office and manufacturing facility located in Danbury, CT, with over 145,000 sq. ft., 10 ½ Million Dollars of Production Equipment and 50 plus of the best Teammates, we can create it all with the exception of a Neon Sign. We service customers nationwide when needed, but primarily work from New England to Northern NJ, with an emphasis on the New York Tri-State Area. With our custom and state-of-the-art equipment, we produce Graphics, Visuals and Displays in the Event, Trade Show, Corporate Meeting, Educational, Athletic, Retail, Hospitality, Branding and Promotion Industries. We also excel in Corporate Environmental Branding producing all types of custom environmental decor such as wall coverings & murals, window graphics, corporate board rooms, timelines, ceiling and flooring solutions along with dimensional lettering, signage and backlit displays. Examples of the services we offer are: a.) Dye-sublimated Fabric Printing seamlessly up to 16 ft high by any length with SEG Finishing and Framing to create displays, step and repeats and fabric walls for Events, Red Carpet Affairs and Trade shows. b.) Custom Printed CMYK Carpets up to 10 ft wide for events and permanent installations on Carpets from 12 ounces to 40 plus ounces. c.) Direct printing on Glass, Wood, Metal, Acrylics and other rigid substrates to create interior and exterior signage, custom displays, retail signage, museum artwork and other visuals. d.) Routing or Die-cutting services through the use of Laser, Water-jet and CNC equipment to help finish graphics and displays e.) Metal Welding, Carpentry, Fabrications and Installations are provided by our own fabrication and installation crews. f.) 3D subtractive and 3D additive fabrication. g.) 3D digitally printed tactile wallpaper. Role and Expectations of the Enhance a Colour Sales Development Account Manager: The Sales Account Manager's primary role is to develop and drive profitable business growth to Enhance a Colour through the identification and acquisition of new business and their existing client retention. The role takes a very consultative approach to sales, is responsible for acquiring new customers via cold calling and prospecting activities, along with selling to your existing customer base. NOTE: This role requires prior “selling experience and a book of business” in this segment of the Visual & Large Format Graphics industry. New Customer Acquisition & Customer Retention: Aggressively prospect, develop, and close new business. Work directly with new and existing customers to discuss and understand their visual needs. Own the entire sales process from prospecting to completion of the sale; including contracts, obtaining payments, and ensuring overall an excellent customer experience. Maintain and log all customer interactions into our CRM Software. Prepare new customer setup paperwork and help support your EaC Production Managers as needed.
