As a Fast Track Sales Representative, you'll join one of the nation's largest freight brokerage firms, helping to move essential goods across the country. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Make outbound calls to build relationships and develop your own book of business.
  • Close deals with new and existing customers to meet their freight transportation needs.
  • Negotiate pricing with shippers and carriers, creating solutions that work for everyone.
  • Manage shipments daily to ensure everything runs smoothly, solving challenges as they arise.
  • Communicate openly with your team and customers to build trust and maintain transparency.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • A college degree is helpful but not required—many of our top performers started without one.
  • A strong work ethic and the drive to outperform expectations.
  • Confidence in your negotiation skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment.
