The Bath Authority has an exciting opportunity to join a winning, competitive team of Sales Consultants in many of our locations. As a Bath Sales Consultant with The Bath Authority, you will be surrounded by a highly motivated team who are enthusiastic about enriching the lives of our homeowners by providing safe and beautiful bath solutions! We are looking for highly motivated and talented Sales Consultants who can help drive our growth through customer-focused, consultative selling experience. As a Bath Sales Consultant, we want you to have the ability to build rapport with customers through a white glove homeowner experience while displaying drive for results. Our Bath Sales Consultants conduct in-home consultations with homeowners, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their wet and dry space bath needs.

Responsibilities:Meet with customers to sell exclusive products, which include pre-arranged appointments.
Develops proposals in accordance with TBA standards and presents them to customers, reviewing them in detail.
Engages customers by adapting to their buying style, incorporating proven sales techniques and a consultative approach to effectively demonstrate TBA's bath installations.
Consistently works toward acquiring new business by generating leads and following up on them.
Attends team meetings to review department goals and strategies as required.
Works with Sales Manager to develop annual sales goals and works toward meeting them.
Always maintains professionalism on the job.
Handles any sales rep errors or management hold deals.
Always available to run leads that can be assigned the day of.
Qualifications:Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience *
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends.
Requires ability for frequent sitting, walking, reaching at waist level, climbing stairs.
Requires ability for occasional reaching from floor to at/or above shoulder level * Must be able to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 55lbs and place them on raised surfaces.
Ability to drive personal vehicle and must have valid state motor vehicle operator's license.
