Assignment Length: 9 months with the possibility of extension or conversion based on performance & budget.

In the field from 8am-5pm.Manager Notes:***Travel to Madison NJ for three days training required, reimbursed by client, dates TBD pending candidates clearance to start. Travel will take place every single day. This territory is not usually an overnight territory if they live in the Fort Smith, Van Buren or Sallisaw area. There could potentially be a one night overnight a month, depending on where the candidate resides***
- Product: Migraine therapeutics (lead product: Ubrelvy for abortive migraines, also Qulipta for prevention). Below info can help to get candidates excited about the product being sold.
- Ubrelvy medication for abortive migraines is the lead product (CGRP), works super fast, great drug. Proven to reduce migraine by 0.
- Qulipta - prevention of Episodic and chronic migraines. Also a phenomenal product that works. (CGRPs - is the drug class they both sit in).
- Customer Interaction: 12 customer calls a day throughout the assigned territory. In the field 8-5, taking products to all the 10 customers per day, could be more or less but the goal is 10 per day. They will show the sample of the products and what the patient type looks like. They're working with a partner that helps route for them. They will also garnish breakfast, snacks.
- Calls: Target area provided; leads are not cold calls; may have new customers tho but the call log territories will be provided to them.
- Field Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, with the goal of visiting 10 customers per day (may be more or less)
- Travel: Required every day, Monday to Friday; usually does not involve overnight stays
Job Description:Traveling throughout local areas, visiting customers to show the sample product, and what the patient type looks like. Also, will be reaching out via phone call to various customers throughout the assigned territory. Proactively and continuously aspire to serve customer needs, customer expectations and challenges to build trusted customer relationships and to achieve win-win agreements between Client and customers. Continuously build understanding on customer needs and expectations, territory market landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, disease, product, clinical and sales expertise and share this market intelligence information with in-field team, brand team and sales manager to achieve alignment, to anticipate environmental changes and challenges and to optimize brand strategy and its execution.Responsibilites:
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, etc. to meet or exceed on those objectives.
- Create pre-call plan objectives and execute post-call evaluation to continuously improve sales performance. Effectively handle objections, misunderstandings, concerns and consistently gain logical and reasonable calls to action to close on every sales call.
- Proactively and continuously aspire to serve customer needs, customer expectations and challenges to build trusted customer relationships and to achieve win-win agreements between Client and customers.
- Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers to maximize access and sales opportunities.
- Continuously build understanding on customer needs and expectations, territory market landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, disease, product, clinical and sales expertise and share this market intelligence information with in-field team, brand team and sales manager to achieve alignment, to anticipate environmental changes and challenges and to optimize brand strategy and its execution.
- Differentiate Client's value proposition with health providers assigned and identify, develop, and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates to maximize brand performance.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree REQUIRED.
- 1-3 years in pharmaceuticals HIGHLY preferred or must have general sales experience with 3+ years.
- An individual that is team-oriented, and competitive with emotional intelligence and coachability.
