GEGI is a development company focusing on creating a reliable, flexible, and affordable student management system for private schools in the U.S. GEGI software helps clients in many areas during the education process providing Admissions, Compliance, Financial Aid, Accounting, and Placement services. Currently, GEGI is looking for a self-driven and skilled B2B Sales Representative who can help us promote our product within the US market and as a result, bring the company to the next level. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with prospective customers in the educational industry, with the goal of promoting and selling our product and services to them. Your role will be crucial in helping us achieve our sales targets and growth objectives. We believe that our goals are ambitious, but 100% achievable. Responsibilities:
- Making your own research, identifying and contacting potential customers through cold emailing, networking, and other outreach methods
- Delivering the value of our products to potential customers, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations on the features and benefits of GEGI product
- Identifying customer's needs and requirements and suggesting appropriate services
- Building long-term trusting relationships with customers Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and providing feedback to the product development team to help improve our offerings
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales reports, and using data to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a B2B Sales Representative / Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and collaborate with colleagues
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and quotas
- Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM systems, email automation, and web conferencing software
- Fluent in English and previous experience working with US / European customers
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset
Will be a plus:
- Experience as a B2B Sales Representative in EdTech projects or within the educational industry
- Knowledge of the educational industry, including the challenges and opportunities faced by schools, universities, and other institutions
- Experience in creating and leading marketing campaigns
