As a PCI Sales Representative, you will interact with key decision makers across a variety of industries, identify organizational pain points, and deliver strong value propositions in an effort to secure new business with potential clients.

As a Sales Representative you are responsible for selling PCI's IT services and solutions, with a focus on our Modern Workplace and Microsoft 365 solution. This includes Managed IT Services (MITS), hardware product solutions, professional services, and security and cloud solutions. You will maintain good client relationships and contribute to the continuous improvement of PCI. This position is for a high achiever with a demonstrated track record of success in prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and closing.

What your day will look like:

  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve targeted sales quotas.
  • Identify and acquire new business through telemarketing, networking, cold calling, and attending events.
  • Collaborate with the sales, project, engineering, and support teams to qualify leads and develop opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings with key decision-makers to discuss PCI's offerings.
  • Present compelling value propositions and adapt sales strategies to meet client needs.
  • Develop proposals and participate in strategic discussions to align IT strategies with client goals.
  • Track all sales activities in the CRM and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Ensure compliance with all confidentiality and security protocols.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work non-traditional hours.
  • No prior sales experience is required, but an eagerness to learn and grow is essential.

FLSA Category - Exempt, full-time

Supervisory Responsibility – No

Location – Buffalo, NY (on-site when not traveling)

Other Requirements – This position involves significant travel to prospect meetings, trade shows, and conferences, and will require evening and weekend work as needed to close deals.

Compensation: $45,000 annual base + competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential, designed to reward high performance and make the role financially motivating.
