We are partnering with a growing biotech client who is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their expanding Rare Disease Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling two key products within their rare disease portfolio to healthcare providers across the Fresno Territory. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge therapies that have the potential to change patients' lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive product adoption and achieve sales targets within the Fresno Territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, specialists, and key opinion leaders.
  • Educate healthcare providers on the clinical benefits and appropriate usage of rare disease products, offering tailored solutions for patient care.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and the evolving rare disease landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, marketing, and market access, to maximize the impact of sales efforts.
  • Conduct territory analysis to identify growth opportunities and prioritize customer outreach.
  • Attend industry conferences, seminars, and training sessions to stay informed on product advancements and rare disease education.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, Marketing) or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sales, with a strong preference for rare disease or specialty product experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing territory market share.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare environment, including reimbursement dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel within the Fresno Territory and occasionally outside the region for meetings and training.
