Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
  • Expected yearly earnings including commissions: $100,000 - $150,000
  • Mileage benefit - gas and toll allowance
  • Paid Time Off

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with medical doctors, clinic staff, and medical assistants to promote our customized medication solutions.
  • Actively engage with healthcare professionals and confidently communicate the benefits of our products and services.
  • Conduct sales presentations to doctors and key executives, highlighting the value of our tailored medications.
  • Address objections and concerns effectively, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
  • Leverage relevant product experience to enhance the sales process and build trust with potential clients.
  • Demonstrate the skillset of a top-performing salesperson, including relationship building, lead conversion, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, with a strong network of medical professionals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels of the healthcare industry.
  • Confidence in handling objections and the ability to articulate the unique value proposition of our products.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Relevant product experience in the pharmaceutical or compounding pharmacy industry is a plus.
  • RN or CMA preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within and outside the Homestead area for client meetings and sales activities.
