What You'll Do:
- Canvass targeted areas using advanced tools to identify prospects.
- Scout residential properties for roofing and siding replacement opportunities due to insurable damage.
- Conduct exterior property inspections and document damages (yes, you'll be on ladders!).
- Present our value and services to homeowners with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Generate leads, manage referrals, and maintain strong communication with customers.
- Participate in regular and consistent sales trainings to keep growing.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in sales or business development (home improvement background is a plus).
- A strong drive to succeed, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort with door-to-door prospecting and a commitment to meeting sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM and canvassing software is a bonus.
- A valid driver's license, clean background check, and drug screening are required.
