About the roleThe Outside Sales Representative will live within a set geography and visit and call on customers in an assigned geographic region and sell services and goods that Fellers offers. The goal of this role is to maintain and grow an existing client base while pursuing new clients and opportunities that will both benefit and grow Fellers sales.Pay + Benefits:• 60,000 - 70,000 USD per year + Uncapped Commission! • 401K• Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance• PTO• Paid Holiday• Life Insurance What you'll do
- Visit and establish productive sales calls, and/or prospect new business opportunities within assigned geography
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and or growing existing customer base (Lead Generation)
- Research product and application information using available resources and tools
- Manage and own the resolution of customer related questions, opportunities, and inquiries
- Utilize salesforce and other CRM tools for effective management of assigned responsibilities and targets
- Provide customers with appropriate product, hardware, and other Fellers service information
- Develop and maintain existing stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
- Collaboration along side Inside Sales Rep within assigned region to support customer follow up, questions and ongoing targeting
- Target hardware and traffic and safety sales opportunities in partnership with assigned sales reps
- As needed, attend trade shows, franchise events and/or company meetings
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability for overnight travel where needed
- Signs, graphics and automotive wrap enhance a plus.
- History of successful attainment of sales goals and winning new business
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong presentation and negotiation skill
- Strong relationship builder
- Experience in networking and cold calling/prospecting.
- Strong sense of urgency and proven track record to drive results.
- Live within regional geography supporting
- Strong organization skills to multi-task demanding priorities; effective use of resources to deliver customer results
- Strong working knowledge of current and changing company products and service offerings; ability to maintain industry/competitor knowledge
- Ability to travel by car up to 60%
- A valid driver's license and state minimum auto insurance
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 5+ years relevant sales experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
