Hillside School is a reputable private junior boarding school located in Marlborough, MA. We are currently seeking a seasoned-sales person to serve as an Enrollment Representative. This role is promoting private school enrollment for children.The qualified candidate needs to be professional, detailed-oriented, highly organized, and willing to work in a fast-paced team environment. This is a 6-month position (possibly leading to permanent position) reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management. Salary is commensurate with experience.Position: Enrollment Sales RepresentativeDepartment: Enrollment ManagementCompensation: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour, plus mileage reimbursementJob Type: 25 hours per week, 5 hours per dayTraining will be provided for the chosen candidate.Primary Responsibilities:Recruiting students for Fall 2025 academic year.Promoting the school for future students.Required Qualifications:Experienced Salesperson with a track record of success.Self-motivated, well organized, with great communication skills.Education: BA DegreeWilling to travel in the Metro-West area.
