Seeking a talented Sales Representative to support ongoing business growth by converting marketing leads into customers. Responsibilities include:
- Engage with customers to build rapport and assist in determining needs, budget, and project timeline.
- Contact leads to identify qualified customers, conducting sales calls and product/service presentations to drive sales opportunities and following up with customers on outstanding estimates to close deals.
- Manage and convert office-generated leads into successful sales, ensuring timely follow up and client engagement.
- Present proposals to clients with clear explanations, addressing any concerns while highlighting the benefits and value of the company's services.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project, providing updates on project status, timelines, costs, and material selections.
- Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring seamless project coordination and addressing any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Meet or exceed sales targets consistently to support business growth.
- Promote products and services to increase brand awareness and sales opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a related role with ability to manage leads through proactive sales methods and self-directed initiative and proven success closing deals, and achieving favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.
- Skilled at quickly building rapport and developing trust with clients.
- Ability to assess complex issues and provide solutions that meet client needs while aligning with company goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
- Strong team player who can prioritize tasks effectively and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer service and successful project outcomes.
