We're seeking an ambitious and self-driven Salesperson to represent our products across the northeast Louisiana region. While this role is not fully remote, you will spend the majority of your time in the field working closely with growers. Your responsibilities will include prospecting new business and nurturing existing accounts within your designated area.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative at Titan AG, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions. Your primary focus will be building and nurturing relationships with growers in the Monroe, Louisiana area. You'll spend approximately 85% of your time engaging directly with them, discovering their current successes and challenges. Your role involves designing tailored seed, chemical, and fertilizer programs to address their needs, boost yields, and enhance ROI. Success in this role will come from your ability to learn about our products, communicate their benefits clearly, and offer practical solutions in terms farmers can relate to.
