Sales RepresentativeTrueform Concrete @ Renovation BrandsAbout the Role:As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by sourcing and managing leads, building customer relationships, and supporting the sales process. This role is perfect for a self-starter with excellent communication skills, practical design experience, and a desire to grow within a dynamic and creative industry.
- Location: Hybrid - Wharton, NJ
- Reports to: Director, Sales
- Total Compensation: Target compensation of $60,000 - $80,000 annually. (Includes UNCAPPED Sales Commission PLUS base salary)
- Base Salary: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour. (Experience & interview performance will determine actual number within the range)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. (Excellent Work/Life Balance!)
Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Respond promptly to incoming leads from various channels, including email, phone, and Salesforce CRM.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with clients, including commercial specifiers, trade professionals, and homeowners.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of Trueform Concrete's products, services, and custom capabilities to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Sales Process Support: Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts for customers, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal Sales and Customer Support Teams to ensure seamless order processing and post-sales support.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities in the Architecture & Design community.
- Sales Goals: Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets, with opportunities for growth and increased responsibility.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Practical design experience and familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for design, architecture, or related industries.
- Experience selling high-ticket interior building products within a manufacturing company preferred.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus. (Training will be provided.)
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
