Job specification
- Apprenticeship/Education Bachelor Degree or Commercial Education, min. 2 years relevant experience in similar industry.
- Professional qualification MS Office applications, Sales Trainings, SalesForce, Client Relations Management (CRM) experience. elementary English language skills

- Team-oriented, field-experienced, good organization skills, assertiveness, sense of responsibility & accountability, independence & initiative, willingness to perform, basic technical knowledge relative to material(s) supported
Targets of the Position:
- Has complete knowledge of all assigned product line(s)
- Competent contact person for customers' questions
- Serving and expansion of the customer base
- Adherence to corporate policies, and the Vision & Guidelines
- Achieving the sales and margin targets in conjunction with the business objectives set.
- Market observation and reporting
- Keeps current on all new product offerings and product changes within assigned product lines.
- Provides sales and products training to key distribution personnel as requested by Sales Management and or Product Coordinators
- Interface with Regional Sales Managers and PPS – to leverage expansion of products line(s) to strategic distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively presents their products and services and is able to overcome barriers to close the sale.
- Demonstrates the ability to provide solutions to customers' needs in a win-win fashion.
- Adequately responds to a variety of requests from customers in a timely fashion. Such as sales and marketing assistance, pricing recommendations, etc.
- Is a resource of ideas to distribution partners on how to promote and sell assigned product lines.
- Achieving the business objectives in sales & margin through customer engagement
- Managing new account pipeline through CRM.
- Reporting pipeline and sales performance relative to budget on a monthly basis.
- Maintain margin requirements set by Account Manager.
- Identify key decision makers at strategic distribution and end user accounts.
- Become main point of contact and liaison for customers in order to support maintaining our existing business (as defined)
Compensation offer: $85K to $100K or more depending on the years of experience plus commission.
