**Description:**
Located in Helena, MT - this position is responsible for meeting sales targets to sell directly or through a broker from a portfolio of group life and disability products. Responsible for maintaining prospect list, renewing accounts, supporting accounts/brokers, and acquiring new business for an assigned territory. Accountable for meeting renewal goals/new sales goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor Degree.
* 2 years of Customer Service, Account Management or Sales experience.
* Knowledge of group life and disability products.
* Must have State Insurance License or obtain State Insurance License within 90 days.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
* Negotiation skills.
* Experience in a position which requires self-direction, initiative, and decision-making.
* Experience making presentations to groups.
* Analytical and math skills.
* PC proficiency and skills to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to travel including overnight stays.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
* 2 years account management or sales experience in group life, disability, dental or health.
This position will be located in Helena, MT.
This position will offer a base pay of $56,182 or higher depending on qualifications.
This position is eligible for Sales Incentive in addition to base pay.
