This role is fundamental to our success, as the individual will be responsible for driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of our products and services, and will use this knowledge to help our clients achieve their goals. Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives.2. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients while also identifying potential new clients.3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials and strategies that effectively promote our products.5. Attend industry events and conferences to network and keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends.6. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.7. Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our products to a range of stakeholders.8. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.9. Prepare and submit sales reports to management.Qualifications:1. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within the packaging industry.2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.3. Strong understanding of packaging and labeling processes and technologies.4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.6. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.7. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed expectations.8. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.9. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.10.
