Overview:

As a Sales Representative for both Quality Spraying Technologies and A & H Duffy Polishing and Finishing, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with customers, and promoting the companies' services and products. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions from two innovative companies that specialize in precision spraying solutions and advanced polishing and finishing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Sales Growth:

  • Identify and target prospective clients in key industries for both companies.
  • Develop new sales opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and industry events.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by closing new deals and expanding existing customer relationships.

Product and Service Promotion:

  • Present and promote the products and services of Quality Spraying Technologies and A & H Duffy Polishing and Finishing to potential clients.
  • Explain technical details and benefits to customers, tailoring presentations to meet their specific needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations or coordinate trials to showcase effectiveness.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering relevant solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests promptly.

Market Research and Reporting:

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market developments and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions and transaction history, using CRM tools.

Sales Strategy Execution:

  • Collaborate with Senior Management to execute sales strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Participate in developing proposals, pricing models, and sales presentations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services from both companies.

Client Education and Support:

  • Educate customers on the technical features and applications of spraying technologies, polishing, and finishing solutions.
  • Ensure customers are fully supported throughout the sales process, from the initial inquiry to post-sale support.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with other departments, including production, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure customer needs are accurately met in terms of product specifications and services.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in manufacturing, industrial solutions, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
