Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Beaverton, OR. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts, with a focus on promoting our high-quality public restroom solutions primarily to parks and cities both nationally and internationally. PAY: $28-$40hr + Commission Sales Representative Responsibilities:• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with cities and park districts• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers• Manage the sales process from initial contact to final sale• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings• Assist the production team to meet the requirements of the clients Sales Representative Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling to government or municipal entities• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong negotiation and closing skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Willingness to travel as required• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation• Some manufacturing knowledge related to plumbing and electrical will help• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required Benefits:$28-$40/hr base compensationCommission Health/Dental/Vision InsurancePTOPaid Holidays401(k) with match We offer a competitive salary, commission plan and benefits package, including health insurance and 401(k) plan.
