In addition, the company is dedicated to assisting consumers in reducing their debt, so they can achieve their financial goals.Sales Representative Reliant's Sales Representative is responsible for working with universities and businesses to promote and sell Reliant's ability to provide outstanding debt collection services for their organizations. The Sales Representative upholds strong business relationships with current and prospective clients and assists in transitioning potential clients to becoming users of Reliant's services. This is a full time, exempt position that reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This position is eligible for telecommuting. Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, pain points, and market trends.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and Reliant's need for business
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and concerns to maximize satisfaction
- Initiate contact with prospects and establish rapport to understand their requirements and challenges.
- Follow-up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our ARM solutions effectively.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the ARM industry.
- Utilize market insights to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- 3 to 5+ years sales and marketing experience preferred
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- In-depth knowledge on Microsoft Officer
- Develop and deliver presentations
- Create, compose, and edit written materials
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
- Ability to relate to clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Excellent grammar and writing skills
- Must demonstrate a proven and successful sales track record
- Frequent out of state travel
- Meet and exceed set sales goals
- Experience in the Accounts Receivable Management industry is a plus
