In this role, you will be responsible for developing client relationships with architects, engineers, electrical contractors, and lighting designers. This role is unique in the space as 90% of your business is an existing book of business that will allow you to foster people's relationships and talk about next-generation technology! Users implement these highly automated and advanced systems in their homes, buildings, working environments to reduce cost, improve residential aesthetics, and be more energy efficient. You will develop cooperative working relationships with customers, manufacturers, and inside sales personnel. Expect to be held to a standard that will maintain profitability by meeting sales targets and managing expenses. You should be able to in the future, identify and secure new markets within your territory. You probably have more sales experience in the military than you even know.The job is within the San Diego area, working with high-end dealers of these crucial products. This is mostly a Monday-Friday role that will require daily travel around the region.Salary plus bonus ($8 - $12k) program. Medical/dental/vision/401k.
