Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers in your assigned field territories using your market-savvy skills, community engagement, and valuable lead lists.
  • Sales Pitch: Become a master of persuasion selling in the field. Deliver mind-blowing sales presentations that showcase the unparalleled advantages of our products and services, effortlessly addressing customer concerns and objections.
  • Skillfully negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are thrilled and locked in for life.
  • Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with precision, ensuring we have everything we need for smooth sailing.
  • Relationship Building: You're not just closing deals; provide exceptional post-sales support and assistance, turning customers into lifelong advocates.
  • Collaborate, share insights, and create strategies with your fellow sales dynamos to conquer collective goals.
  • Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets and quotas, showing your unwavering commitment to personal and team triumph.
  • Always adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices.
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of field-sales to Small/Medium Businesses.
  • Proficient computer and technical skills that help support the best customer solutions.
  • Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to work full time.
  • Sales-centric mindset: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional sales results by achieving sales targets.
  • Digital proficiency: Comfortable navigating digital platforms and tools. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and embrace digital transformation.
