Job Title: Sales Service Representative
Job Description
Responsibilities include managing the entire order-to-cash process for assigned customers, resolving customer issues quickly, handling inside sales for transactional segments, and managing case resolution with financial approval for complaints at authorized levels. The role also involves ensuring SOX controls and risk management, documenting and determining when a complaint is resolved, serving as a customer advocate, participating in Customer Delivery Teams, and evaluating and monitoring contract and order analytics. Additional duties include project work, data governance, analytics, documentation, and digital management of order processing and customer-facing applications. Training will take a couple of weeks in the office, transitioning to work from home after demonstrating the ability to operate independently.

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Lithia, Florida and some days remote.
Work Environment
Tues, Wed, Fri: Work from Home. Thursday: In-office. 8:00am-5:00pm. Initial training in-office for a couple of weeks.
