DescriptionSummary:The Sales Solutions Architect - B2C is responsible for providing technical sales support for the Sales and Relationship Managers for the ChoicePay B2C Payments product. The Sales Solutions Architect is a subject matter expert on B2C disbursements and an evangelist for B2C payments within the organization. This position involves training the sales team and new hires, providing sales support for prospects and clients, conducting product demonstrations, leading webinars, and presenting the product at user conferences. The Sales Solutions Architect will also collaborate with internal teams including Treasury Management Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will have experience in building relationships and navigating the sales cycle.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise in support of B2C Payments sales efforts for the ChoicePay product.
- Act as an evangelist for the B2C payments business and interact weekly with the product director(s).
- Lead any proof of concepts needed in the sales process.
- Maintain knowledge of existing and new competitors in the industry for B2C disbursements.
- Present custom demonstrations to prospects after evaluating their needs and matching to the best solution.
- Work with key business partners (e.g., Treasury Management sales, Relationship Managers, Business Bankers) to profitably grow the B2C ChoicePay product.
- Evaluate client needs and recommend changes in product features/functions to the Product Manager.
- Build on the existing client base and book of business to identify new prospects and verticals.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
- Actively manage and own the sales pipeline from the prospect's initial inquiry to successful onboarding.
- Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and conferences where necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years of related experience including experience within the Payment Industry and sales support rolesPreferred Qualifications:
- Prior B2C disbursement and overall payables experience
- Understanding of various consumer payment methods like ACH, Wire, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, RTP
- Understanding of open loop and closed loop cards
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with online systems
- Working knowledge of accounting & payables management
