With more than 40 employees and projects ranging from single sign installations to hundreds of signs at a single location. We design, manufacture, and install custom signage for our clients throughout Colorado.

Position Summary:

We are actively looking for super-awesome, undeniably professional Sales Specialists who are self-motivated, results-driven and have a healthy mix of competitiveness and team spirit. A successful candidate will be able to lead clients to the realization that the possibilities for their project are truly endless and limited only by their imagination.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $100,000-$300,000 OTE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Have a proactive, can-do approach to sales while collaborating with other team members, growing the business sales pipeline while achieving various sales and closing ratio targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate new leads to develop your sales pipeline continuously through various channels while providing customers with custom solutions that help them realize their vision.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Have a desire to continuously increase ones knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Maintain end-to-end client contact and support from initial customer inquiry through contract execution and handoff to our Project Management team.
  • Occasionally attend industry events and conferences as needed to network and promote company products/services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales professional, preferably in construction.
  • Experience accurately qualifying leads and moving prospects through a sales funnel to close while staying organized ensuring customer inquiries, and follow ups are promptly addressed
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Someone who is open to suggestions and brainstorming of new sales ideas with a team-first attitude.
  • Personal integrity and business skills to understand customer needs and wants
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Successful track record of managing a sales pipeline
  • A bachelors degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Solid organizational skills; able to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Resourceful problem solver; can devise creative solutions to problems.
  • Stays fluent and trained in company required software, programs, and operating systems.
  • Computer proficiency is a must. This includes the Microsoft suite of products and experience. with a mainstream CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is preferred.
  • Natural inclination for understanding when a keyboard isn't the best mode of communication.
  • Excellent communicator.
