My client, a booming services company that has been in business for over 35 years, is adding a Sales Specialist to their team. 100% remote role. The salary is up to $45,000 base salary to start with first year earning expected between $55k-$75k which includes monthly commission. Work/life balance with great benefits. M-F 8-5. Must live in CST time zone. This is an awesome opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new sales department and to be mentored by a leading Sales Manager that seeks to train up for the next level. Permanent direct hire. MUST HAVE COLD CALLING EXPERIENCE AND CAN PASS A DRUG TEST.

Responsibilities of the Sales Specialist:

• The Sales Specialist will identify new business by making outbound cold calls.
• Build and maintain pipeline of prospects in Dynamics.
• Act a partner to clients by identifying their needs and suggesting product/service features and benefits, quote prices, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
• Supports leadership in driving department goals.
• Meet or exceed the monthly sales quota.
• Provide exceptional service to both customers and prospects to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to determine strategic sales approaches.
• Work with sales support to provide a best-in-class on-boarding experience for new clients.

Preferred Qualifications of the Sales Specialist:

• Drive for success and ability to take rejection.
• Cold calling experience.
• Must pass a drug test.
